Where we come from

TodoMore is built by Todo Pictures, a working production company in Istanbul. We used to run our own shoots across eleven disconnected tools — the script in Drive, the crew list in Excel, the brief in WhatsApp, gear bookings in someone's head — and we got tired of losing time and information between them.

So we built the system we needed, inside our own productions. Today that system ships as TodoMore: projects and briefs, a calendar with shoot-day operations, equipment inventory with conflict checks, ReView for client video approvals, team and time tracking, and Core — a command center that shows the whole operation at a glance.

We still run our own client work on it every day, and every feature is tested on a real production before it reaches anyone else. That is the whole pitch: not a vision of work, but the tool a working studio actually uses.

How we work

Fast under real load
Production weeks are dense and the data is heavy. We keep the interface fast with large project, booking, and media sets — and we test on our own busiest weeks first.
Reliable on shoot day
A set can't wait for a tool. Daily backups, point-in-time recovery, and EU-hosted infrastructure keep the operation running when it matters.
One place for the work
Brief, schedule, crew, gear, and approvals live together, so nobody digs through tabs to find the current version.

We use TodoMore ourselves every day and build alongside early-access teams. Feedback from real productions decides the roadmap.

    Internal tool

    Todo Pictures starts building an internal system to run its own shoots.

  2. 2025

    First teams

    Private beta with production companies in Türkiye; the internal tool becomes a product.

  3. 2026

    Public launch

    The platform opens to all teams, in Turkish and English; the native iOS app enters beta on TestFlight.
