Terms of Use

By accessing or using the TodoMore website, application or any of our other services, you accept the terms set out below.

Last updated: 27 August 2026

1.Description of the Service

TodoMore (the Service) is a cloud-based project management platform that lets users manage projects, organise tasks, keep client and equipment records, and track workflows with their teams.

The scope of the Service depends on the plan selected; current plan contents are published on the pricing page.

2.Accounts and Security

  • Accurate information: you are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and currency of the information you provide at sign-up.
  • Password security: keeping your account and password confidential is your responsibility, and you are responsible for actions taken through your account.
  • Unauthorised access: if you notice unauthorised use of your account, report it immediately to info@letstodomore.com.
  • Age: the Service is not designed for people under 18.

3.Acceptable Use

The following are prohibited when using the Service:

  • Using the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that harm third parties
  • Attempting to damage, overload or disrupt the system infrastructure
  • Attempting to access other users' accounts or workspaces without authorisation
  • Reverse-engineering, copying or creating derivative works from the Service's source code
  • Scraping or extracting data with automated tools beyond permitted limits

4.Intellectual Property

  • Your content: all data and content you create on TodoMore belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it and exercise only the technical processing rights needed to deliver the Service.
  • Our rights: the platform's design, interface, source code, brand and logo belong to TodoMore and may not be used without permission.
  • Feedback: we may use suggestions and feedback you send us to improve the product, without creating any obligation towards you.

5.Subscriptions, Payment and Sales Terms

TodoMore offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the selected billing period unless cancelled.

Purchases made outside Türkiye are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction; Paddle's buyer terms apply to the sale alongside these Terms. Your card details are not visible to us and are not stored by us.

The binding terms of the purchase — parties, price, performance, right of withdrawal and dispute resolution — are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement. For cancellation, delivery and refunds, see the Delivery and Refund Terms.

We reserve the right to change prices; for existing subscribers a change applies only from the next renewal period and after prior notice.

6.Suspension and Termination

  • By you: you may end your subscription and delete your account at any time from account settings.
  • By us: your account may be suspended or closed if these terms are breached, payment obligations are not met, or usage threatens the security of the Service. Except for serious breaches, we allow a reasonable period and an opportunity to remedy before closing an account.

7.Service Level and Changes

We make reasonable efforts to provide the Service without interruption or error; outages may still occur due to maintenance, infrastructure updates or force majeure. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

We may improve, change or remove features of the Service. Changes that materially affect your subscription are notified in advance.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is”. No express or implied warranty is given that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

For claims arising from indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data, our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies without prejudice to cases of intent or gross negligence and to mandatory provisions of consumer legislation.

9.Privacy and Personal Data

How your data is processed is governed by the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Disclosure Notice; those documents form an integral part of these Terms.

10.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we notify the e-mail address registered on your account. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For users who qualify as consumers, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction; otherwise the Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
