ReView — video review & approval

Client approval on the exact second

The edit lands in ReView. Your client watches without an account, leaves time-coded comments, compares versions and approves — and delivery files ship from the same place. No email chains.

  1. Upload the cut, share one link

The edit lands in ReView and lives next to its project. You send a single share link — no exporting to a separate tool, no attachments bouncing through inboxes.

    • Video, image, PDF and audio review in one place
    • Files stay organized in File Manager — delivery ships from the same place
  2. Your client comments without an account

Anyone with the guest link can watch and comment — no sign-up, no password. Every comment is pinned to the exact second, so “the logo comes in a second early” points at the frame it means.

    • Frame / timecode-accurate comments
    • Guest link — no account needed
    • A comment can become a task with an owner and a deadline
  3. Compare versions side by side

Upload the next cut as a new version and compare it against the previous one. Comments carry across versions with open / resolved status, so feedback never gets lost between rounds.

  4. Approval is recorded, delivery ships

Each reviewer's approval is collected and recorded on the asset — you see at a glance that 2 of 3 approvals are in. Once approved, delivery files go out through File Manager, from the same place the review happened.

ReView questions

Do my clients need a TodoMore account to review?

No. You share a guest link; the client watches, comments on the exact second and approves without creating an account. With the Client Portal you can also give external stakeholders controlled access to project status, files and progress.

Can a review comment turn into an actual task?

Yes. Because ReView runs on the same platform as your projects, a comment can become a task with an owner and a deadline — it doesn't stay a comment in a silo. That's the difference from point solutions that review and stop.

Do I still need Frame.io?

In most cases, no. ReView has frame-accurate comments, version compare and an approval flow built in. The difference is where the comment flows next: here it's comment → task → delivery, inside a connected operations system.

What is a ReView minute, and what happens when I run out?

A ReView minute is CAPACITY: the total duration of video content you currently keep in ReView. Your plan includes 50 to 3,000 minutes and it does not reset monthly — uploading fills it, deleting content or pruning archived old versions frees it again. If you run out, existing content stays viewable; clean up to free space, or buy a permanent extra pack ($12 / 200 min).
