2.Buyer Details
The Buyer confirms that the name/company title, e-mail address, billing address and tax details provided during sign-up and checkout are accurate and current. These details are used for the order record and the invoice issued.
Where the Buyer is a legal entity, the provisions of Law no. 6502 that apply specifically to consumers do not apply; clauses drafted in favour of consumers in this Agreement apply only where the Buyer qualifies as a consumer.
3.Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to set out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the cloud-based software service (the Service) ordered electronically by the Buyer through the TodoMore website, the characteristics and price of which are set out below.
The Service is not a delivery of goods; it is a subscription service accessed over the internet for a fixed, renewable term. Its scope depends on the plan selected, and current plan contents are published on the pricing page.
4.Characteristics and Price of the Service
- Service: a TodoMore subscription plan (Free, Business Lite, Business Growth or Business Scale).
- Term: monthly or yearly, for the billing period selected by the Buyer at checkout.
- Price: the amount shown inclusive of VAT in the order summary and at checkout. Current list prices are on the pricing page.
- Additional costs: the total price including taxes is shown at checkout; no shipping, delivery or similar charge applies.
- Payment method: credit or debit card, charged in a single transaction. Purchases billed outside Türkiye are processed by Paddle as merchant of record; purchases billed in Türkiye are processed by iyzico.
5.Payment and Invoicing
Where the Buyer is billed outside Türkiye, the sale is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record: Paddle is the seller of record for that transaction, issues the invoice and handles applicable taxes. Where the Buyer is billed in Türkiye, payments are collected through iyzico, a licensed payment institution, and TodoMore is the seller. In both cases card details are never seen, recorded or stored by us; payment data is processed in the provider's PCI-DSS compliant environment.
The subscription fee is charged in advance at the start of the selected billing period. Unless cancelled by the Buyer, the subscription renews automatically for the same period and the registered card is charged on the renewal date.
The invoice is delivered electronically to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer within the statutory period following payment.
6.Performance and Access (Delivery)
The Service is intangible; there is no physical delivery. Once payment is approved, the plan on the Buyer's account is upgraded immediately and access to the purchased features opens at the same moment.
Delivery and refund terms are set out in full on the Delivery and Refund Terms page.
7.Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception
A Buyer who qualifies as a consumer has, as a rule, the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason and without paying a penalty.
However, under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts for services performed instantly in an electronic environment or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. A TodoMore subscription is performed the moment payment is approved and therefore falls within this exception.
For this exception to apply, separate consent is obtained at checkout confirming that the Buyer approves immediate commencement of performance and understands that the right of withdrawal will be lost. Where such consent has not been obtained, the 14-day right of withdrawal is reserved.
Where the right of withdrawal is available, notice is to be sent in writing to info@letstodomore.com; the Seller refunds the amount collected to the same payment instrument within fourteen (14) days of receiving the notice.
8.Cancellation and Term
The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access to the Service continues until then and the fee paid for that period is not refunded.
No fee is charged during the 30-day trial offered on Business plans; no payment obligation arises for subscriptions cancelled within the trial period.
9.Obligations of the Seller
- To provide the Service within the scope set out in this Agreement and the plan description.
- To process and protect the Buyer's data in line with the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Disclosure Notice.
- To notify the Buyer in advance of any material change to the Service.
- In cases of force majeure, to inform the Buyer as soon as possible and refund the amount collected in proportion to the period not performed.
10.Obligations of the Buyer
- To keep account and payment details accurate, complete and current.
- To keep account credentials confidential and report unauthorised use immediately.
- To use the Service in accordance with the Terms of Use and applicable law.
11.Dispute Resolution
Where the Buyer qualifies as a consumer, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction up to the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts above those limits.
Where the Buyer is a merchant or legal entity, the Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
12.Entry into Force
The Buyer acknowledges having read, understood and electronically approved all terms of this Agreement at checkout. The Agreement enters into force upon confirmation of the order by the Seller and remains valid for the duration of the subscription.
A copy of the Agreement is retained in the Buyer's account and can be obtained on request from info@letstodomore.com.
