Your whole agency operation. One command center.
You open Core every morning: who's at capacity, which project is at risk, what's waiting for approval, which shoots are this week — on one screen. Core is included in the Business Scale plan.
Open Core, see the day on one screen
Core is the first screen of the morning: today's shoots, pending approvals, project risks and team load, together. Because every module runs on the same relational data layer, the picture is live — nothing is copied in from somewhere else.
- One screen for the whole operation
- Fed directly by Projects, Calendar, ReView, Inventory and TodoTime
Check capacity before you assign
Team capacity shows who's loaded and who's free — you see it before you hand out the next task. Next to it, project health flags every project as on track, at risk or late, so the conversation starts before the deadline slips.
- Who's loaded, who's free — at a glance
- On track / at risk / late per project
Clear the approval queue from one place
Expenses, ReView approvals and gear checkouts pile into one queue instead of scattering across inboxes. You work through it from a single place — approve, and the decision lands back in the module it came from.
Scan the week: shoots and inventory
Upcoming shoots list this week's sets with crew, location and prep status. Inventory status answers the two questions that matter before shoot day: are there any booking conflicts, and which kits are in the field?

Close the period with the full record
TodoTime timesheets and expenses accumulate on the project; at period close, Core puts the answer in front of you: what did this job really cost? And the audit trail keeps a complete record of who changed what, and when.

Core questions
Where does Core's data come from — do I have to enter it twice?
No. All modules live on the same relational data layer: crew, equipment, location, project, task and calendar are linked. Core reads the same records the modules write, so nothing is entered twice and nothing is forgotten.
Which plans include Core?
Core is included in the Business Scale plan. Scale is priced per workspace — 20 members included, extra members a flat $24/mo ($19 yearly). You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; billing changes take effect in the next cycle.
How safe is the data behind the audit trail?
TodoMore runs on Supabase PostgreSQL in the Frankfurt (EU) region. All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3, sensitive fields are AES-256 at rest, and Row Level Security policies prevent cross-tenant leakage at the architectural level.
Do we have to move everything before Core is useful?
No. You can migrate module by module — ReView first, then projects, then equipment. Core reflects whatever is already in the system, so the picture fills in as your team moves over. Free is free forever, so you can start without a credit card.
Put the whole operation on one screen
Start for free and move module by module — every new workspace begins with a 30-day Business Growth trial, no credit card required; Core comes with the Business Scale plan.
