You can't double-book a resource. If the Aputure 600D is already written to Friday's set, a second booking for the same day is blocked on the spot — the conflict shows up as you plan, not on shoot morning.
Kit lists and a two-step checkout approval
Define kit groups so a shoot day goes out as one list — “Day 2 kit, 14 items” — instead of loose gear. Checkouts run through a two-step approval flow, so before shoot day the checkout is approved, the kit list is ready and the crew knows the call time.

How does the inventory module work?
You add your equipment to the system with serial numbers and barcodes. You can create bookings for projects, define kit groups, and keep equipment check-outs under control with a two-step approval flow.
Can I use inventory on set, from my phone?
Yes. Our native iOS app is in open beta on TestFlight — tasks, calendar, inventory and notifications are practical on set. The App Store release is on our roadmap.
Is inventory actually connected to my projects and calendar?
Yes — all modules live on the same relational data layer.
