Wander Film ended the sync losses caused by WhatsApp and Excel across long production schedules by moving the whole operation — from clients to gear — into TodoMore.
The Challenge
On long shoot schedules, production, post and equipment teams worked blind to each other. Information was scattered across three WhatsApp groups and five Google Sheets; nobody could be sure who held the latest version or which gear was on which set.
The TodoMore Approach
- Project briefs, task boards and the delivery calendar came together under the Projects module.
- Shoot days were defined as events in the Planner; crew, locations and call times live in one view.
- Camera, lens and lighting bookings flow through Inventory; with two-step approval and automatic conflict detection, the same body can't be booked on two sets.
- With the Client Portal, the producer sees every stage in real time; status-check phone calls are gone.
